INGREDIENTS: Raspberry leaf‡, rosehips*, cramp bark*, motherwort*, lemon verbena*, ginger*, black haw*, lemongrass*.
DIRECTIONS: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tablespoon of tea and allow to infuse for at least 15 minutes – the longer, the better (try 30 minutes), tasting occasionally to watch for bitterness. A touch of honey or lemon pairs very nicely with this tea.
